hello just woundering i have got that modem and when i go to install it , its checks all my connections and says it can not detect an ethernet card and i do not no what it is going on about could you please help me thanks . مرحبا عادل woundering لي ان حصلت على مودم وعندما كنت اذهب الى تثبيتها ، وجميع الشيكات بلدي وصلات وتقول انها لا تستطيع الكشف عن بطاقه ايثرنت وانا لا لا ما يجري على نحو ارجو ان تساعدني شكرا.

Hi I got a very important question to ask, I got a motrola sb5100 cable modem currently using it on USB but I recently decided to change it, put an ethernet cable on because I need to, to be able to connect it to my router, everytime I try to install blueyonder driver it just says usb cable not found it can work with any but I did everything still it says, but about 4 years ago it worked with ethernet now I desperately need help from a professional please can you get back to me thank you, this is really urgent مرحبا حصلت على مسألة هامة للغاية لاسال ، وانني حصلت على مودم الكابل motrola sb5100 تستخدم حاليا على USB ولكني قررت مؤخرا لتغييرها ، ووضع كابل إيثرنت علي لأنني بحاجة الي ، ان تكون قادرة على ربط مسار الى بلادي ، في كل مرة احاول تثبيت blueyonder سائق عادل يقول انه لم يتم العثور على كبل USB ويمكن عمل مع اي لكنني لا تزال تقول كل شيء ، ولكن قبل حوالي 4 سنوات وعملت مع إيثرنت انا الآن في أمس الحاجة الى مساعدة من المهنيه الرجاء هل يمكن العودة الى لي ان اشكركم ، وهذا هو حقا عاجلة

evelyn what you should do is unplug the modem from the wall wait 30 seconds then plug it back in. that should help with your problem and if it does call you local internet provider. افيلن ما يجب فعله هو افصل المودم من الجدار الانتظار 30 ثانية ثم مرة أخرى لسد فيها من شأنها ان تساعد مع مشكلتك واذا فعلت ذلك الدعوة الى شبكة الانترنت التي تقدم لكم المحلية.

Im a Canadian user whose ISP issues these modems out with the service. ايم كندي المستخدم الذي مقدمي خدمات الانترنت أجهزة المودم هذه القضايا مع هذه الخدمة. I went ahead and bought a modem off ebay so I wouldnt have to keep renting it from my ISP but the American made modem won’t work on my PC with my ISP. ذهبت الى الامام واشترى مودم ايباي حتى الاول من wouldnt لها ان تبقى تأجير انه من وجهة نظري ولكن مقدمي خدمات الانترنت الاميركية الصنع مودم لن تعمل على بلادي بلادي جهاز كمبيوتر مع مقدمي خدمات الانترنت. Any ideas? أي افكار؟ Is it possible there is a lock of some type that prevents this modem from being used outside of the USA? هل من الممكن ثمة نوع من لوك ان يمنع هذا من أن تستخدم مودم من خارج الولايات المتحدة؟
