Power

Off - Power is off.
Solid - Power is on.
Cable

Off - No downstream RF carrier present of power is off.
Flashing Slow - Downstream RF carrier present, ranging in progress.
Flashing Fast - Registration in progress.
Solid - Modem is acquired.
LAN Off - No ethernet carrier present or power is off.
Solid - Ethernet carrier is present.

RX

 Off - Initial self-test OK or power is off.
Flashing - Initial self-test or modem image download in progress.
Solid - Self-test failure.
TX

Off - No activity transmitted through cable network or power off.
Flashing - Activity is being transmitted through cable network.
