You could try going to the web interface, just open internet explorer and the usual default adress for these is either 192.168.0.1 or 192.168.100.1 . Anyway, to help y’all understand the “one computer allowed” problem (I’ma comp. tech. myself, which is why I hate calling for techs in the first place), I’ll explain a little what they meant.
