Dunno why, but as of late, when I boot the modem up, the internet LED flashes and nothing happens afterwards. You could try going to the web interface, just open internet explorer and the usual default adress for these is either 192.168.0.1 or 192.168.100.1 . Anyway, to help y’all understand the “one computer allowed” problem (I’ma comp. tech. myself, which is why I hate calling for techs in the first place), I’ll explain a little what they meant.
