Screenshot Simulation: OS X 10.4 Network (Internet) Settings

by Ross McKillop on July 20, 2006

Mac Screenshot Sims

The following is a ’screenshot simulation’ of the Network Settings for OS X v10.4 (Tiger). Your ISP will determine what the correct settings are for you. When in doubt, check with them. This simulation can be used when helping someone configure their network/Internet settings remotely (and you’re not in front of a Mac)..

note: (will open in a new browser window) - if you’re using this sim to guide someone through performing a release/renew, you may want to follow the airport path, as it’s more detailed than the built-in ethernet
