The following is a screenshot simulation of the popular email program, Outlook 2002 (also known as Outlook XP). This simulation can be used when helping someone configure their Outlook 2002 settings/preferences remotely (and you’re not in front of a PC with Outlook 2002 installed). This simulation will even walk you through adding a new email account to Outlook 2002. Note: the sim will launch in a new window or tab.
