How to stay relaxed and not let annoying topics on mailing lists bother you

Are you a part of a mailing list that sometimes deteriorates to flame wars and personal insults? Here’s how gmail can help you ignore it all.

First, make sure all the mail for a given mailing list has a filter associated with it. Google has done a great job at explaining how to do that, so I won’t bother.

Instead, I’ll show you how to avoid letting stupid topics bother you.

  1. Select offending topics. Click the Delete button.
