What are Folder Actions? مجلد ما هي الاجراءات؟
In a nutshell, Folder Actions are scripts that can be attached to folders. في حال قيامها ، هي مخطوطات مجلد الاجراءات التي يمكن تركيبها على مجلدات. They enable events (actions) to take place when items are added or removed from that folder. وهي تمكن الاحداث (اجراءات) لتحدث عندما يتم اضافة بنود أو إزالتها من هذا المجلد. Events can also occur when the folder is opened, closed or moved. الاحداث يمكن ان تحدث ايضا عندما يتم فتح مجلد ، مغلقة او نقلها.

How to enable and use Folder Actions كيفية تمكين الاجراءات واستخدام مجلد
- For this example we’ll create a Folder Action that converts images to JPG format just by dropping them into a folder (this particular Folder Action is included with OS X). في هذا المثال سنقوم بانشاء مجلد ان العمل على تحويل الصور الى صيغة jpg عن طريق اسقاط منهم فقط الى مجلد (مجلد هذا العمل ولا سيما مع نظام تشغيل وشملت العاشر). Start by creating a new folder. البدء بانشاء مجلد جديد.
- Now right-click (ctrl-click) on that new folder and select Enable Folder Actions الآن انقر بالزر الايمن ([كترل - انقر فوق) على ان مجلد جديد واختر تمكين مجلد الأعمال
- Again, right-click (ctrl-click) that same folder and this time select Attach a Folder Action… ومرة اخرى ، انقر بالزر الايمن ([كترل - انقر فوق) في نفس مجلد ونعلق هذه المرة اختر مجلد العمل…
- You’ll probably be presented with a list of scripts. ربما يمكنك ان تعرض قائمة المخطوطات. If you’re not, you’ll need to navigate to the folder that contains all of the Folder Action scripts. اذا كنت لا ، انت بحاجة للانتقال الى المجلد الذي يحتوي كل مجلد من المخطوطات العمل. - Ta-da! - تا دا! The Folder Action will have duplicated your image, but this time as a JPG. المجلد العمل سيكون لها ازدواجيه الصورة ، ولكن هذه المرة بوصفه jpg. It will also save the original image. كما انه انقاذ الصورة الاصليه.
- If you ever want to change or disable a Folder Action, right-click (ctrl-click) the folder and choose Configure Folder Actions… اذا كنت تريد ان تغير من اي وقت مضى او تعطيل عمل مجلد ، وانقر بالزر الايمن ([كترل - انقر فوق) واختر المجلد تكوين مجلد الأعمال…
- From here you’ll be able to manage all of your Folder Actions in one place. من هنا ستتمكن من التحكم في كل من المجلدات الاجراءات في مكان واحد.

Here’s how to make a folder that mails files added to it to a preset address, useful for backing them up to Gmail. واليك طريقة لجعل مجلد الملفات التي اضيفت الى البريد الى عنوان محدد مسبقا ، من المفيد ان يدعمهما لبريد جوجل.

Please I would like to see someone tell me, how can I do so that when someone put a file in a folder anyone, I notice that this or that is activated if it is open. من فضلك اريد ان ارى احدا قل لي ، كيف يمكن ان افعل ذلك عندما يقوم شخص ما وضع الملف في مجلد اي شخص ، والاحظ ان هذا او ذاك هو تنشيط إذا كانت مفتوحة.
