If you need to select a series of messages in Gmail, click the first one ..をオンにする必要がある場合、一連のメッセージをGmailで、最初の1つをクリックして.. 
hold down the Shift key and select the last one ..には、 シフトキーを押したまま最後の1つを選択して..

I found something else to be really usefull in Gmail.私が何か他の人には本当に便利でGmailのです。 Once you are ready to send your e-mail, just hit ‘Tab+Space’ in that sequnce and your message will be sent!一度することができたら、電子メールを送信するだけヒット]タブをクリック+スペース' 、そのsequnceと、メッセージが送信さ！ tab+spaceタブをクリック+スペース

Ctrl also works to select non-sequential emails Ctrlを押しても動作を選択する電子メール以外のシーケンシャル
