Installing Fink and Fink Commander تركيب وفينك فينك قائد
- The first step in getting Linux programs running in OS X is to install X11, if it isn’t already. الخطوة الأولى في الحصول على برامج تشغيل لينكس في السراج العاشر لتثبيت x11 ، اذا لم يكن بالفعل. - From your Applications , locate FinkCommander and launch it. من التطبيقات الخاصة بك ، واطلاق موقع finkcommander.
- You’ll be presented with a rather large list of Linux packages - but before you go crazy installing them, you’ll need to run a few updates first. يمكنك ان تعرض الى حد كبير مع قائمة لينكس الاحزمه -- ولكن قبل ان تذهب مجنونة تثبيت لهم ، فسوف تحتاج الى تشغيل عدد قليل من التحديثات اولا.
- Select Source from the top menu and then Scanpackages from the drop-down list. اختر من مصدر في الاعلى وبعد ذلك scanpackages من القائمة المنسدله.
- Do not be surprised if you’re prompted to enter your password - twice, and then get a message (see screenshot below) saying you need to run Scanpackages again. لا تفاجا اذا كنت دفعت الى ادخال كلمة السر -- مرتين ، ثم أحصل على رسالة (انظر الصورة ادناه) قائلا : انت بحاجة الى تشغيل scanpackages مرة اخرى.
- Repeat the Source -> Scanpackages process and the 2nd time it’ll work. اكرر المصدر --> scanpackages عملية والثانية انها سوف وقت العمل.
- Now select Source from the top menu, Utilities and then Index . اختر الآن من مصدر في الأعلى ، والمرافق ، وبعد ذلك الرقم القياسي.
- Watch as FinkCommander runs some updates, and once that has completed… مشاهدة finkcommander كما يتعارض مع بعض التحديثات ، وبمجرد ان انتهت…

Installing Linux applications تثبيت لينكس للتطبيقات
- Now it’s time for some fun. حان الوقت الآن لبعض المرح. Locate a Linux program/package that you want to install. موقع لينكس برنامج / الصفقة التي تريد تثبيت. I used trackballs (a silly but fun game) as an example. كنت trackballs (أ سخيف ولكن متعة لعبة) كمثال على ذلك. Once you’ve found the program you want to install, highlight it by clicking it once. وبمجرد العثور على البرنامج تريد تثبيت ، وتسليط الضوء عليه وذلك بالنقر مرة واحدة.
- Select Binary and then Install وبعد ذلك اختر تثبيت ثنائي
- During the installation, you may get a pop-up window asking for you to respond to something (see screenshot below). خلال التثبيت ، قد تحصل على نافذة منبثقه نطلب اليكم للرد على شىء (انظر الصورة ادناه). - That’s it. هذا هو. Launching Linux applications with Quicksilver اطلاق الزئبق مع تطبيقات لينكس
- Once you’ve installed a Linux app or two using Fink, you can launch them with Quicksilver if you add the folder they’re stored in to Quicksilver’s catalog. وبمجرد تركيب نظام لينكس تشغيل التطبيق او اثنين باستخدام فينك ، يمكنك اطلاق الزئبق لهم اذا اضفت مجلد انهم المخزنه في دليل لللزئبق. Bring up the Quicksilver preferences by invoking Quicksilver and click the Apple key + , طرح الزئبق الزئبق من خلال التذرع الافضليات وانقر فوق مفتاح + تفاح ،
Select Catalog from the top menu اختر من الكتالوج الى الأعلى
- Click the + (plus sign) and select File & Folder Scanner انقر فوق + (علامة زائد) ، واختر ملف مجلد & ماسحه
- Navigate to Macintosh HD -> sw -> bin and click Open انتقل الى ماكنتوش HD --> الموجة الثانية --> بن لوانقر فوق فتح
- Make sure the bin folder was added to the Sources list. تأكد ان بن لمجلد اضيفت الى قائمة المصادر.
- From the side drawer, change the Include Contents: entry to Folder Contents من جانب الدرج ، وتغيير مضمون وتشمل : دخول الى محتويات المجلد
- Back in the Catalog window, click the Refresh button (the swirl arrow) العودة في الكاتالوج نافذة ، انقر على زر التحديث (الدوامه سهم)
- The bin entry in the Sources list should now have 80+ items (give or take) indexed. بن لدخول في قائمة المصادر وينبغي ان يكون الان 80 + البنود) او اعطاء اتخاذ) وفهرستها. Exit out of the Quicksilver preferences. الخروج من الزئبق الأفضليات.
- Invoke Quicksilver and test it out. الزئبق في الإحتجاج والإختبار بها.

This is a well done walk through, I like it — unfortunately the reality of using fink is often littered with undocumented errors and, as ever so often happens with anything open source, the work-around’s to things like Buildlock failures, are usually fraught with in-speek and gobbledegook only those already familiar with Linux can decipher. هذا بالاضافة الى القيام به هو ان يمشي ، احب ان -- للأسف واقع في كثير من الاحيان باستخدام فينك ملا مع الأخطاء لا يحملون وثائق ، وكما يحدث في كثير من الاحيان من أي وقت مضى مع أي شيء المصدر المفتوح ، للعمل في جميع انحاء لاشياء مثل buildlock الفشل ، وعادة ما - في محفوفه speek وgobbledegook فقط تلك التي سبق لينكس يمكن معرفة decipher.
