If you could take a minute or three out of your busy lives and help me out a bit, (no I don't want your money!!!), I would be very appreciative. Ja jūs varētu ņemt minūti vai trīs no jūsu aizņemts dzīvi un palīdz mani nedaudz (ne es nevēlos savu naudu !!!), es būtu ļoti pateicīgs.
1. 1. What type of tutorials/documentation would you like to see more of on the site? Kāda veida konsultācijas / dokumentus jūs vēlētos redzēt vairāk uz vietas? Is there something computer related that you really had a hard time figuring out, and wished there was a tutorial explaining it step by step? Vai ir kaut Computer related ka jūs tiešām bija grūti norādītas, un vēlējās tur bija apmācība izskaidrojums soli pa solim?
2. 2. Do you prefer screencasts, or tutorials with screenshots? Vai vēlaties screencasts, vai konsultācijas ar ekrānšāviņi? Or both? Vai abi? I've yet to do a screencast, but I'm very tempted. Esmu vēl darīt screencast, bet es esmu ļoti labprāt. Coming from a support background, I've always found watching something from point A to point B isn't always the easiest way to find the info you're looking for. Braucot no atbalsta fona, es vienmēr esmu atrast skatīties kaut ko no punkta uz punktu B ne vienmēr vieglākais veids, kā atrast info you're looking for. But that's just me, and I don't want this bias to hinder your usage/appreciation of the site. Bet tas ir tikai man, un es nevēlos šo neobjektivitāti nekavēt jūsu izmantošana / kursa vietā.
3. 3. Any type of constructive criticism you can offer up would be appreciated. Jebkuru no konstruktīvas kritikas, Jūs varat izveidot veids būtu appreciated.

I have always found your tutorials very helpful and enjoy browsing the site for ideas. Es vienmēr esmu atradis savu konsultācijas ir ļoti izpalīdzīgi un baudīt pārlūkošanas vietne idejām. One thing we've done quite successfully where I work is to combine a short video walk-thru (we use Camtasia) with a PDF fact sheet that provides the step-by-step instructions. Viena lieta, ko mēs esam paveikuši diezgan veiksmīgi, kur es strādāju ir apvienot īsu video walk-thru (mēs izmantojam Camtasia) ar PDF faktu lapu, kas nodrošina soli-pa-solim instrukcijas. That way our users can see the complete process then have the fact sheet for reference later. Tādā veidā mūsu lietotāji var redzēt pabeigtu procesu, tad ir faktu lapu par atsauces vēlāk.
