Fedora also excludes other multimedia software due to patent, copyright, or license restrictions, such as Adobe Flash Player and RealNetworks RealPlayer. فيدورا يستبعد ايضا برامج الوسائط المتعددة الأخرى بسبب براءه الاختراع ، وحقوق الطبع والنشر ، او القيود المفروضة على ترخيص ، مثل ادوبي فلاش لاعب وRealNetworks RealPlayer.
That doesn’t mean you can’t play .mp3 files in Fedora, it just takes a bit of work (not much). وهذا لا يعني انك لا يمكن ان تقوم به. فيدورا في ملفات MP3 ، عادل يأخذ شيئا من العمل (ليس كثيرا).
If you’ve seen the following screen (or something familiar), follow the steps below and you’ll be playing MP3s in Fedora in no time at all. اذا كنت قد ينظر الى الشاشه التالية (أو شيء مألوف) ، اتبع الخطوات التالية ويمكنك اللعب في فيدورا MP3 في اي وقت من الاوقات على الاطلاق.
I’ve tried a number of tutorials, steps and guides - the following tutorial is almost certainly not the only way to get MP3s playing, but it’s the one that worked for me, with the least hassle. لقد حاول عدد من الدورات التعليميه ، والخطوات ادلة -- فيما يلي أمثلة توضيحيه لا يكاد يكون من المؤكد ان الطريقة الوحيدة للحصول على MP3 اللعب ، بل انها من تلك التي يعمل بالنسبة لي ، مع اقل الازعاج.
- Start by clicking Applications and then select Add/Remove Software . بالنقر على بداية التطبيقات وبعد ذلك حدد إضافة / إزالة البرامج.
- When prompted for your root password, enter it and click OK . عند السؤال عن جذور كلمة السر الخاصة بك ، ودخول انقر فوق موافق.
- Select Applications from the left column, and then Sound and Video from the right column. اختر التطبيقات من العمود الأيسر ، وبعد ذلك والصوت والفيديو من العمود الأيمن. Make sure to place a check in the Sound and Video entry. تأكد من وضع علامة في دخول الصوت والفيديو. Click the Optional packages button. انقر على زر مجموعات الاختياري.
- Scroll down to xmms - version number - The X MultiMedia System, a media player and place a check in the box next to it. انزل الى xmms -- رقم الاصدار -- x نظام الوسائط المتعددة ، ومكان وسائط الإعلام لاعب علامة في المربع المجاور لها. Click Close . انقر فوق اغلاق.
- Back at the Package Manager window, click Apply . عودة مدير في مجموعة نافذة ، انقر على تطبيق. A Package selections window will appear - click the Continue button. مجموعة اختيارات ستظهر نافذة -- انقر فوق الزر متابعة.
- Don’t be surprised (or worried) if an “unable to verify” window appears. لا تفاجا (او القلق) واذا كان "غير قادرة على التحقق" نافذة يبدو. Just click Install anyway . يكفي ان تنقر على تثبيت على أي حال.
- After a while, you should get a Software installation successfully completed window. بعد فترة من الزمن ، يجب عليك الحصول على برمجيات بنجاح تركيب النوافذ. Click OK . انقر فوق موافق.
- Locate an MP3 on your hard drive, right-click it and select Properties from the menu. موقع أم بي ثري على محرك القرص الثابت ، انقر بالزر الايمن واختر خصائص من القائمة.
- Select the Open With tab at the top, and select Audio Player from the list of applications. اختر مفتوحة مع علامة التبويب في اعلى ، واختيار صوت لاعبا من قائمة التطبيقات. Then click Close . ثم انقر فوق اغلاق.
- Now you’ll have to fire up your web browser and head to الآن سيكون لديك لاطلاق النار حتى متصفح الانترنت والتوجه الى http://www.gurulabs.com/goodies/downloads.php . On this page, scroll down a bit to the XMMS MP3 Plugin for Red Hat Linux and Fedora Core section, and download the file titled xmms-mp3-1.2.10-16.i386.rpm . على هذه الصفحه ، انزل قليلا الى xmms mp3 البرنامج المساعد للالقبعه الحمراء لينكس فيدورا الاساسية والفرع ، وتحميل الملف بعنوان xmms - mp3 - 1.2.10 - 16.i386.rpm. Don’t worry that it’s labeled as a file for Fedora Core v4 - it should work with any version of Fedora higher than 4 (for me it worked in 6). لا تقلق ، انها علامة على النحو ملف لفيدورا الاساسية v4 -- وينبغى له ان يعمل مع اي نسخة من فيدورا اعلى من 4 (بالنسبة لي عملت في 6). Once its finished downloading, double-click it. بمجرد الانتهاء من التنزيل ، انقر نقرأ مزدوجا فوقه.
- Again you’ll be prompted for your root password. مرة اخرى سيطلب منك الجذر لكلمة السر الخاصة بك. Enter it in the space provided and click OK . ومن ادخل في المكان المخصص وانقر فوق موافق.
- Click Apply to install the package. انقر على تطبيق لتثبيت الحزمه.
- Once it has completed installing, locate an mp3 and double-click it. بعد ان أكملت تثبيت ، تحديد موقع أم بي ثري وانقر نقرأ مزدوجا فوقه. Ta-da! - تا دا! You can now listen to all your MP3s in Fedora. يمكنك الان الاستماع الى كل ما تبذلونه من MP3 في فيدورا.

whenever i click on Add/remove programs, it is giving me some error message. وكلما انقر على إضافة / إزالة البرامج ، ومن بعض اعطائي رسالة خطأ. some sort of ‘can not connect…’ like. نوعا من 'لا يمكن ربط…' شابه ذلك. i’m using FC7, so what should i do now? أنا باستخدام fc7 ، ولذلك ماذا علي ان افعل الآن؟

BUT… it still is not a plugin for FireFox! ولكن… ولكنه ليس ا البرنامج المساعد لفايرفوكس!
If I click on an mp3, I always get the “missing plugin” indication from FireFox, and it invites me to click to go find the plugin, which of course, it then says it can’t find because they don’t have any mp3 plugin at the FireFox website. اذا كنت أنقر على أم بي ثري ، وانا دائما الحصول على "المفقودين البرنامج المساعد" اشارة من فايرفوكس ، وتدعو لي انقر للذهاب الى ايجاد البرنامج المساعد ، الذي بطبيعة الحال ، ومن ثم يقول انه لا يمكن العثور على انهم لا يملكون اي mp3 البرنامج المساعد في فايرفوكس على شبكة الانترنت.
