1. Start by clicking the Start button and selecting All Programs -> Accessories -> System Tools and finally Backup . Comece clicando no botão Iniciar e selecionando Todos os programas -> Acessórios -> Ferramentas do Sistema e finalmente o Backup.
2. When the Backup wizard launches, click Advanced Mode Quando os lançamentos wizard Backup, clique em Modo avançado

3. Select the Backup tab and place a check in the box labeled System State . Selecione a guia Backup e colocar um check na caixa denominada Sistema de Estado. Click the Browse… button. Clique no botão Procurar ....

4. If an “Insert Disk” window pops up, just click Cancel Se um "Inserir disco" janela surgir, basta clicar em Cancelar



5. Select a location to save your backup, and enter a name for the file. Selecione um local para salvar o backup, e digite um nome para o arquivo. Click the Save button. Clique no botão Salvar.

6. Click the Start Backup button. Clique no botão Iniciar Backup.



7. Depending on how many files are being backed up, this can take a few minutes. Dependendo de quantos arquivos estão sendo apoiados, isso pode levar alguns minutos. The longer you’ve had XP installed (or the more programs you’ve installed), the longer it can take.
