This brief tutorial will show you how to “allow” a program to access the Internet when the Windows Vista Firewall is enabled (which is by default).這簡短的教程會告訴您如何將“允許”一個程序訪問Internet時， Windows Vista防火牆啟用（這是默認情況下） 。

Typically when a program attempts to access the Internet for the first time, you’re presented with a pop-up window asking if you want to allow or block its access (see image below).通常當某個程序試圖存取網際網路，為第一次，您提交了一份彈出式窗口詢問您是否要允許或阻止其進入（見下面的圖片） 。 This isn’t always the case though, so to manually allow a program from accessing the Internet, follow the instructions outlined below.這是情況並非總是如此，雖然，所以以手動方式，讓程序存取網際網路，按照指示進行概述如下。

1. Click the Start Orb and select Control Panel單擊開始ORB的選擇和控制面板



2. 4. When prompted to grant permission, click Continue .當系統提示授予權限，單擊繼續 。

5. If it isn’t automatically displayed, select the Exceptions tab.如果它是不會自動顯示，選擇例外選項卡。 From there, click the Add program… button.從那裡，請點擊添加程序…按鈕。
