This tutorial will guide you step-by-step through installing IE 5, 5.5 and/or 6 in Ubuntu - using the terrific software IEs4Linux. هذا البرنامج التعليمي سيوجه لكم تدريجي من خلال تركيب اي 5 ، 5،5 و / أو 6 في اوبونتو -- باستخدام برامج الحاسوب ies4linux رائع. IEs4Linux was developed for web designers that want to move to Linux but still need to test their sites on IE and Linux users who have to open IE-only sites. وقد تم وضع ies4linux لمصممي الويب التي تريد ان تتحرك في لينكس ولكن ما زلنا بحاجة الى اختبار مواقعهم على اي من مستخدمي لينكس ولها - أي لفتح المواقع فقط.
- Start by selecting Applications -> Accessories and then Terminal . أبدأ بتحديد تطبيقات --> ثم والملحقات الطرفيه.
- Type the command نوع القيادة
sudo gedit /etc/apt/sources.list sudo gedit / الخ / الرابطه / Sources
and enter your password when prompted. وادخال كلمة السر عند السؤال.
- Now you’ll need to uncomment the universe repositories. الآن عليك ان الكون غير تعليق المستودعات. Look for the lines that are similar to http://xx.archive.ubuntu.com/ubuntu feisty universe and remove the ## marks (if they aren’t already) from the beginning of the lines. Note: if you’re using an older version of Ubuntu look for similar lines, but they’ll have edgy or dapper in them instead of feisty. أبحث عن الخطوط التي هي مماثلة لhttp://xx.archive.ubuntu.com/ubuntu feisty الكون وازالة علامات # # (اذا لم تكن بالفعل) من البداية للخطوط. ملاحظه : اذا كنت باستخدام اصدار قديم من اوبونتو البحث عن خطوط مماثلة ، ولكنها edgy ستسنح لهم في dapper او بدلا من feisty. - Now open the Synaptic Package Manager by selecting System -> Administration -> Synaptic Package Manager . الآن فتح synaptic مدير مجموعة عن طريق اختيار نظام --> ادارة --> synaptic مدير مجموعة. - Click the box next to the cabextract entry and select Mark for installation . انقر فوق المربع المقابل لدخول cabextract واختر علامة لتثبيته.
- Repeat the above two steps but search for wine and mark it for installation. تكرار الخطوات المشار اليهما اعلاه ولكن البحث عن الخمر وانها علامة لتثبيته. Once both have been marked, click the Apply button. مرة واحدة ووضعت علامات على حد سواء ، انقر على زر تطبيق.
- A summary window will appear asking you to confirm that you wish to install the packages. موجز ستظهر نافذة تطلب منك تأكيد ان كنت ترغب في تركيب العبوات. Click Apply to continue. Note: I had actually already installed Wine, so the screenshot below won’t be identical to yours - yours will have more than 1 item to install. انقر على تطبيق لتستمر. ملاحظه : في الواقع كنت قد تم بالفعل تركيب النبيذ ، وذلك الصورة ادناه لن تكون مطابقه لللك -- لك سيكون لديها اكثر من البند 1 الى تثبيت.
- Synaptic will now download and install Wine and cabextract. Synaptic الآن تحميل وتثبيت cabextract والنبيذ.
- After the installations were successful, click the Close button. بعد نجاح المنشآت ، انقر على زر قريبة.

- You’ll be prompted with several yes (y) or no (n) questions. سيطلب منك مع عدة نعم (ذ) او لا (ن) الاسءله. For example, if you wish to install IE 6 and 5.5, enter y when asked. فعلى سبيل المثال ، اذا كنت ترغب في تثبيت انترنت اكسبلورر 6 و5،5 ، ادخل y عند الطلب. If you don’t want to install IE 5, enter n. اذا كنت لا تريد لتثبيت اي 5 ، ادخل ن. Launch one of them by double-clicking its icon. اطلاق واحد منهم عن طريق النقر المزدوج فوق ايقونه اعماله.
- You’ll be taken to a congratulations page on the developers site. سيتم اخذك الى الصفحه تهانينا على مطوري الموقع.
- Test out your site by visiting it. اختبار عن طريق زيارة موقعك. And remember - only use IE in Linux for testing purposes. وتذكر -- فقط في لينكس اي استخدام لاغراض الاختبار. Keep your normal browsing to Firefox or a quality browser. ابق على التصفح العادي لفايرفوكس او نوعية المتصفح.

Folks, I’ve been using Linux for a year now and I think it’s great. الناس ، انا استعمل لينكس لمدة عام من الان واعتقد ان كل عظيم. I’m installing IE on Linux to access my router’s web page that (unfortunately) only works with IE. أنا على أي تركيب لينكس للوصول الى بلدي مسار شبكة الانترنت ان (وللأسف) لا تعمل الا مع آي. People don’t have to be so radical as forbid proprietary bits to be installed in Linux system, because we have to use whatever tool is necessary for each task. الناس لا يجب ان تكون جذريه حتى بت الملكيه كما سمح لتركيبها في نظام لينكس ، لأن لدينا في استخدام ما هو اداة ضروريه لكل مهمة. In my case, that’s the only option. في حالتي ، وهذا هو الخيار الوحيد.

This is a great tutorial! وهذا هو البرنامج التعليمي كبير! We need IE to run our childrens’ CDs for school (we homeschool). ونحن بحاجة لتشغيل لدينا اي اطفال 'واسطوانات مدمجه للمدرسة (ونحن homeschool). If we can run IE on Linux (we just installed Ubuntu yesterday! Yay!), then we can switch over our machines. واذا تمكنا من تشغيل اي على لينكس (ونحن مجرد تركيب اوبونتو امس! ياي!) ، ثم يمكننا الانتقال لدينا الآلات.
