This brief tutorial will show you how to use LiteIcon, a free program that allows you to change your OS X System icons. Ce bref tutoriel va vous montrer comment utiliser LiteIcon, un logiciel gratuit qui vous permet de modifier votre système OS X icônes.

1. Start by downloading and installing Commencez par télécharger et installer LiteIcon . The installation is (like most Mac software) as simple as dragging LiteIcon.app from its dmg file to your Applications folder. L'installation est (comme la plupart des logiciels Mac) aussi simple que de glisser son LiteIcon.app dmg à votre dossier Applications. Once installed, launch LiteIcon. 2. The main LiteIcon interface will appear. Le LiteIcon interface principale apparaît. Use the buttons/tabs at the top to see which icons can be changed with LiteIcon. Utilisez les boutons / onglets en haut pour voir les icônes qui peut être changé avec LiteIcon.

3. When you find one that you want to replace, drag the icon file from a Finder window to its respective location in LiteIcon. Lorsque vous en trouvez un qui vous voulez remplacer, faites glisser l'icône du fichier une fenêtre du Finder à son emplacement respectif dans LiteIcon.

4. Click the Apply button in LiteIcon. Cliquez sur le bouton Appliquer dans LiteIcon. You’ll be prompted to enter your password. Vous serez invité à entrer votre mot de passe.



5. Click the Relaunch Finder button in the upper right corner of LiteIcon. Cliquez sur le bouton relance du Finder dans le coin supérieur droit de LiteIcon. Your desktop icons and dock will momentarily disappear, and any open Finder windows will close. Vos icônes de bureau et de quai sera momentanément disparaître, et tout ouvert les fenêtres du Finder va se fermer. If the changes you made don’t appear right away, try logging out of OS X and then log back in (that’s what I had to do to change the Movies icon). Si les modifications apportées ne semblent pas tout de suite, essayez de vous connecter sur OS X, puis vous reconnecter (c'est ce que j'avais à faire pour changer l'icône de Films).

6. And your new icons will appear Et vos nouvelles icônes apparaissent



7. If at any point you want to revert to the default system icons, open LiteIcon and select File -> Restore all icons… . Si, à n'importe quel point vous voulez revenir au système par défaut les icônes, LiteIcon ouvert et sélectionnez Fichier -> Restaurer toutes les icônes ....
