Facebook Watch is an OS X Dashboard widget that allows you to quickly access your Facebook info – including: your wall, your friends recently updated profiles, your inbox, notifications and more. Keep reading for more info and a few screenshots.

  • Setting up Facebook Watch is as easy as entering the email address and password associated with your Facebook account.

      To some extent yes. They can read/access whatever the widget allows.
