If you want to download all of the email messages you’ve ever received at your gmail address, to Thunderbird, select Enable POP for all mail . اذا كنت تريد لتحميل جميع رسائل البريد الالكتروني من أي وقت مضى كنت قد وردت في عنوان بريد جوجل الخاص بك ، لطائر الرعد ، اختر شاشة عرض لتمكين كل البريد. Now decide if want to keep an unread copy of each message on the Gmail server, if you want to mark each message downloaded to Thunderbird as “Archived” (but still stored on the Gmail server) - or if you want to delete it from Gmail entirely once Thunderbird downloads it. الان نريد ان تقرر ما اذا كان علي ان يبقى غير مقروء نسخة من كل رسالة بريد جوجل على الخادم ، اذا كنت تريد تحميل كل رسالة علامة لطائر الرعد "الارشيف") ولكنها لا تزال مخزنة على خادم بريد جوجل) -- او اذا كنت تريد حذفها من بريد جوجل طائر الرعد التحميل تماما مرة واحدة. - Now launch Thunderbird. الآن اطلاق طائر الرعد. - Enter your name and the first part of your @gmail.com address in the spaces provided. note: you don’t have to enter @gmail.com, Thunderbird will do it for you. ادخل اسمك والجزء الاول من العنوان your@gmail.com في الاحواز. ملاحظه : لم يكن لديك لenter@gmail.com ، طائر الرعد وسوف نفعل ذلك لك. Click Continue to go on to the next step. انقر على متابعة الى الانتقال الى الخطوة التالية.
- If you want to download your messages now (of which there could be many, if you opted to Enable POP for all mail back in step 1) leave a check in the box labeled Download messages now . اذا كنت تريد تحميل الآن رسائلك (من الذي يمكن ان يكون هناك الكثير ، اذا كنت اختار لتمكين البريد الالكتروني لجميع الملوثات العضويه الثابتة في العودة الخطوة 1) ترك علامة في المربع الموجود المسمى الآن تحميل الرسائل. Click Done when you’re ready. انقر على القيام به عندما تكون مستعدا.
- Enter your password to download your messages now. ادخال كلمة السر لتنزيل رسائلك الآن. If you opted to Enable POP only for mail that arrives from now on back in step 1, you may not have any new messages to download. اذا كنت اختار لتمكين البريد فقط من الملوثات العضويه الثابتة التي تصل من الان فصاعدا العودة في الخطوة 1 ، فإنك قد لا تكون لها اي رسائل جديدة للتنزيل. Place a check in the box labeled Use Password Manager to remember this password if you don’t want to enter it every time you check your email. مكان علامة في المربع الموجود المسمى مدير لاستخدام كلمة السر تذكر كلمة المرور هذه اذا كنت لا تريد ان تدخل عليه في كل مرة تقوم فيها التحقق من البريد الالكتروني الخاص بك. Click OK . انقر فوق موافق.
- If you decided to let Thunderbird remember your password, you’ll get an Alert pop-up. اذا كنت قررت السماح لطائر الرعد تتذكر كلمة السر ، و ستحصل على انذار في نوافذ منبثقه. Give it a read, then click OK . تعطيه للقراءة ، ثم انقر فوق موافق.
- Welcome to Thunderbird! مرحبا بكم في طائر الرعد! Lets make sure everything is working by sending ourselves a message. يتيح للتأكد من كل شيء وتعمل عن طريق ارسال رسالة انفسنا. Click the Write button. انقر على زر الكتابة.
- Enter your own Gmail address in the To: field. ادخل عنوان بريد جوجل الخاصة بها في ل: الميدان. Give the message a subject and enter something in the body (if you want). اعطاء موضوع الرسالة شيئا وادخل في الهيءه (اذا أردت). When you’re done, click Send . عند الانتهاء ، انقر فوق ارسال.
- And since this is the first time you’ve sent a message in Thunderbird using Gmail, you’ll be prompted to enter your password again. وبما ان هذه هي المرة الاولى التي كنت قد ارسلت رسالة في بريد جوجل باستخدام طائر الرعد ، سيطلب منك ادخال كلمة السر مرة اخرى. Place a check in the box labeled Use Password Manager to remember this password if you don’t want to enter it every time you send email, and then click OK . مكان علامة في المربع الموجود المسمى مدير لاستخدام كلمة السر تذكر كلمة المرور هذه اذا كنت لا تريد ان تدخل كل مرة ترسل بالبريد الإلكتروني ، ثم انقر فوق موافق.
- Wait a minute or three, and then click the Get Mail button. انتظر دقيقة او ثلاثة ، ثم انقر فوق زر الحصول على البريد الالكتروني. The test message should download to Thunderbird. Note: I’ve noticed that there can be a 5-10 minute delay, at times, when enabling POP mail in Gmail. الاختبار يجب تنزيل رسالة الى طائر الرعد. ملاحظه : لقد لاحظت انه لا يمكن ان تكون 5-10 دقائق ، في بعض الاحيان ، عندما تمكن من شاشة عرض البريد في بريد جوجل. Hey, does Thunderbird support threaded view (like we have on the web version of Gmail)? مهلا ، لا طائر الرعد بهدف دعم مخيط (مثل لدينا على نسخة على شبكة الانترنت للبريد جوجل)؟

Some points: بعض النقاط :
a) I thought when i deleted an email (on gmail), it would be deleted FOREVER. أ) كنت أعتقد انني عندما حذف رسالة بريد الكتروني) على بريد جوجل) ، إلا أنه حذف الى الابد. OK regarding deleting your mail - sign in to the web based gmail, select Trash. طيب فيما يتعلق بحذف بريدك -- تسجيل الدخول إلى بريد جوجل على شبكة الانترنت ، اختر المهملات. Then click the Empty Trash now link from the top of the page. ثم انقر على وصلة الآن المهملات الفارغه من اعلى الصفحه. Though it might say “messages that have been in Trash more than 30 days will be automatically deleted”, I have mail from June of 2006 still there. على الرغم من أنه قد يقول "الرسائل التى تم المهملات في اكثر من 30 يوما تحذف اوتوماتيكيا" ، فقد أرسل من حزيران / يونية من عام 2006 لا يزال هناك.
To totally uninstall Thunderbird, run the ‘removal’ program from Add/Remove Programs. لالغاء تثبيت تماما طائر الرعد ، تشغيل 'ازالة' البرنامج من اضافة / إزالة البرامج. And if you’re comfortable editing the registry, use regedit to delete any left over Thunderbird references. واذا كنت راضيا تحرير السجل ، واستخدام regedit حذف اي اشارات خلف اكثر من طائر الرعد. At that point, it should be a totally 100% fresh install. وعند هذه النقطه ، فهي يجب ان تكون جديدة تماما تركيب 100 ٪.

I dont know if you understood or if im wrong, but when i say i can retrieve mail from 2004 using TBird,, these mail were deleted in 2004! لا اعلم اذا كنت فهمت خطأ ، او اذا ايم ، ولكن عندما اقول انني يمكن ان تستعيد البريد من عام 2004 باستخدام tbird ، ، تم حذف هذه البريد الالكتروني في عام 2004! Its not listed today on my gmail account. اليوم دورته غير مدرجة على بلدي حساب بريد جوجل. Seems tbird has to view every email written by me since 2004 to update itself. وقد يبدو tbird للاطلاع على كل البريد الالكتروني التي كتبها لي منذ عام 2004 الى تحديث نفسها. These mails im getting, its not on the trash, on the main email list, on the spam zone or any other area. المراسله الفوريه للوصول الى هذه الرسائل ، وليس على المهملات ، على أهم قائمة البريد الالكتروني ، المتطفل على المنطقة او اي منطقة اخرى. Its not there but it keep comming using Tbird. انه ليس هناك الا انه يبقى القادمة باستخدام tbird. Including emails that i wrote to ex girlfriends lol بما فيها رسائل البريد الالكتروني التي وجهت رسالة الى الصديقات السابقين لول

Ross, thank you for your help. روس ، شكرا لك على المساعدة. It succeeded in verifying my settings and the test email worked. ونجحت في التحقق من اعداداتي وعملت اختبار البريد الالكتروني. The problem I have continues though. المشكلة انني على الرغم من تواصل. I can receive my gmails just fine on Thunderbird, I cannot open them. ويمكنني ان تلقى بلدي gmails عادل غرامة على طائر الرعد ، لا يمكنني ان فتح لهم. The Help button will not open either. بمساعدة زر لن مفتوحة سواء. Any help with this? أي مساعدة في هذا الامر؟
