I’ve been using Joost on and off for about 4 months now. Estou usando o Joost e fora por cerca de 4 meses agora. More off than on. Mais do que em off. It’s not that I didn’t like the app - it was pretty slick and quite solid for an early beta. Não é que eu não gostava do aplicativo - que era bastante escorregadio e um início bastante sólida para beta. It’s that there wasn’ta heck of a lot to watch. É lá que diabo não era de um lote para assistir. At some point over the last few weeks, they’ve added a lot of channels/content, and the latest version (beta 1) is even slicker than before. The basic player hasn’t change drastically since the earlier versions. A base interveniente não tem mudar drasticamente desde as versões anteriores.

But channel navigation has improved at least 100%. Mas canal de navegação tem vindo a melhorar, pelo menos, 100%. The categories are self-explanatory, you can resize the “tiles” for each channel as you see fit, and creating a ‘custom channel’ is as simple as dragging and dropping. As categorias são auto-explicativas, é possível redimensionar os "tiles" para cada canal tal como achar melhor, e criar um 'canal personalizado' é tão simples quanto arrastando e soltando.

I’m still not sure that I’d ever realistically want to use many (any?) of the widgets. Ainda não tenho a certeza de que eu nunca realmente quer usar muitos (qualquer?) Das widgets. If I have Joost in full-screen, that generally means whatever I’m watching is getting my attention. Se eu tiver Joost em full-screen, que geralmente significa que estou vendo o que está pegando a minha atenção. If I wanted to view RSS feeds or watch a clock tick while I was using Joost, I’d use it windowed. Content is still not awesome, but it’s getting better. Conteúdo ainda não é incrível, mas está ficando melhor. I found a “terrible movie” channel and a documentary on cats. Encontrei um "terrível filme" canal e um documentário sobre os gatos.
