If you're the only person who uses your Ubuntu-based PC and don't want to sign in each time you turn on your computer, you can enable automatic login via the steps found in this brief tutorial. Ak ste jediná osoba, ktorá používa vaša Ubuntu-na PC a nechcú podpísať v každom zapnutí počítača, môžete zapnúť automatické prihlásenie cez kroky nájsť v tomto krátkom tutoriálu.
- Start by selecting System , then Administration and finally Login Window . Začnite výberom systému, potom správa a nakoniec Login Window.
- Enter your password when prompted Zadajte svoje heslo, keď výzvy
- Select the Security tab and place a check in the box labeled Enable Automatic Login . Vyberte kartu Zabezpečenie a miesto kontrole políčko Povoliť automatické prihlásenie. Now select the user name you want to automatically sign in when Ubuntu starts from the User: drop down list. Teraz vyberte užívateľské meno, ktoré chcete automaticky prihlásiť pri Ubuntu začína od užívateľa: rozbaľovacieho zoznamu. Click the Close button to exit out of the Login Window panel. Kliknite na tlačidlo Zatvoriť ukončite z fóra Login Window. The next time you start Ubuntu, you'll be automatically signed in without having to enter your user name and password. Ďalšom spustení Ubuntu, budete automaticky prihlásený do bez nutnosti zadať svoje užívateľské meno a heslo.

If it's a single-user computer (ie. my home desktop that I don't share with anyone) it's really not that big of a security issue. Jestli je to jedno-počítači užívateľa (tj môj domov kancelársky že nesúhlasím s niekým) to naozaj nie je tak veľký bezpečnostný problém. Would I suggest it to someone running a laptop (ie. much more likely to get lost/stolen) – maybe not. Navrhujem, aby niekto beží notebook (tj s oveľa väčšou pravdepodobnosťou dostať stratených / ukradnutých) - možno nie. But even then – if someone has physical access to your computer, and they're determined enough, they can get any file off of your hard drive that they want (mount your drive on their OS, using a boot disk and re-writing the password file, etc). Ale aj tak - ak má niekto fyzický prístup k počítaču, a sú stanovené dostatočne, môže sa dostať akýkoľvek súbor z pevného disku, ktoré chcete (pripojiť disk na ich OS pomocou spúšťacieho disku a re-writing súbor hesiel, atď). Ra – it really doesn't defeat all of the security that comes with Linux/Ubuntu. Ra - to naozaj nie je poraziť všetky istoty, ktorá prichádza s operačným systémom Linux / Ubuntu. If you're enabling an automatic login for a non-root user (which lets face it, anyone following this tutorial is) – you're only losing security in regards to someone that has physical access to your computer. Ak ste umožní automatické prihlasovanie na non-root (ktorý vám umožní čeliť každý, kto po tomto tutoriálu sa) - ste len stráca istotu ide s niekým, ktorý má fyzický prístup k počítaču.
