That went to sales@, Patrick Gavin (the TLA President), and whomever receives the mail generated by the “contact us” form on the TLA home page. I pulled out of TLA for a much simpler reason … absolutely no ads from their service was ever displayed in the sidebar widget nor in the RSS feed. I tried the service for various periods of time since TLA first came on the scene - usually for three month periods at a time. Yeah I have another blog that (in theory) runs TLA - but I’ve never had anyone show any interest in advertising on it via TLA. 1. The purpose of removing the Text Link Ads service from my site was to avoid any kind of punishment from Google associated with selling links. The service that Tom suggested (and I’ve edited out) doesn’t use the nofollow tag, so there’s no reason to use it over the TLA service. 2. I think Tom just wanted people to visit his site/review and in turn sign up for the service using his referral tag.
