					<description><![CDATA[This looks just the answer to my problem, namely to create an additional toolbar on the right side of my screen, but for me it does not work on Windows 10 because there is no dotted line and the resize symbol will not come out of the taskbar. A large number of comments on other sites to queries very much like mine miss the point that what is wanted is the XP style extra toolbar (autohiding) off the taskbar.]]></description>
