Just like Comcast wants. comcast ¿øÇÏ´Â °Íó·³. Because it costs them money if you use broadband to transfer large files - which is what most of us thought broadband was for. ±×µéÀ» µ· ºñ¿ëÀ»Çϱ⠶§¹®¿¡ ´ë¿ë·® ÆÄÀÏÀ» »ç¿ëÇÏ´Â °æ¿ì¸¦ Àü¼ÛÇÏ´Â ºê·Îµå ¹êµå - ¾î¶²Àº ¿ì¸®µé ´ëºÎºÐÀº ºê·Îµå ¹êµå°¡¿¡ ´ëÇÑ »ý°¢ÇÕ´Ï´Ù. The issue that prompted this statement has nothing , and I repeat NOTHING to do with spam, viruses or attacks on any network.
