I found it out now. Es atklāju it out now. -> This is caused by the fact that I did not had WiFi enabled!!!! -> Tas, ko izraisa fakts, ka man nav bijusi WiFi ļāvusi!!
So to anyone, make sure it is enabled when adding a source ! Tāpēc, lai ikviens, pārliecinieties, ka tā ir iespējota, pievienojot avots!

Man ir iPod touch braukšanas 1.1.4 firmware. when i try to install a source it refreshes about half-way and then says failed to refresh sources. kad mēģinu instalēt avotiem, ko tā atsvaidzina aptuveni pusceļā un tad saka nav atsvaidzināt avotiem. i do have my WiFi enabled, so please help! i have the same as the last 2. i ir tādi paši kā pagājušajā 2. i can download packages and stuff but nothing ever refreshes and when i try to add a source the download jumps to half way and says “Failed to refresh sources” (or “Could not refresh source”) . i var lejupielādēt paketes un stuff, bet nekad nekas atsvaidzina un kad mēģinu pievienot avots lejupielādes lec uz pusi ceļu un saka: "Failed to atsvaidzināt avoti" (vai "Neizdevās atsvaidzināt avots"). helppppp helppppp
