I found it out now. Encontrei-o agora. -> This is caused by the fact that I did not had WiFi enabled!!!! -> Isso é causado pelo fato de que eu não tinha WiFi ativado!!
So to anyone, make sure it is enabled when adding a source ! Então a quem quer que seja, certifique-se que ele é ativado quando adicionando uma fonte!

I have the iPod touch running 1.1.4 firmware. Tenho o iPod touch executando firmware 1.1.4. when i try to install a source it refreshes about half-way and then says failed to refresh sources.
