    Tooltips never bother me that much, but the actual balloon tips in the XP notification area? Paskaidres nekad apnikt man, ka daudz, bet faktiskā balons padomus XP paziņojumu apgabalā? “Take a tour of Windows XP!” Those drive me nuts: "Take tour Windows XP!" Tie, drive me riekstus:

    oh bless you! oh bless you! those balloon things drive me INSANE! šo balonu lietas drive me ārprātīgs! Half the time i cant read what i am looking for because they get in the way.
