To remove the old Google entry (and make the new one the default) select the arrow next to the new Google icon and choose Manage Search Engines… from the list. Para remover a antiga entrada do Google (e faça o novo a um padrão) seleccione a seta ao lado do novo ícone do Google e escolha Gerir motores de busca ... a partir da lista.
First, select your new Google entry and click the Move Up button until it’s at the top. Primeiro, escolha a sua nova entrada do Google e clique no botão Mover para cima até que ele é na parte superior.

After installing the extension, finding out it is NOT compatible with 3.0RC1, enabling Nightly Tester Tools, forcing compatibility…. Admittedly I did the install on FF 3B5, but assumed (I know) that since the addon page said “Firefox: 2.0 – 3.0.*” that included RC1. I finally edited the XML file in the searchplugins and changed the icon there. Eu finalmente editado o arquivo XML no searchplugins e mudou o ícone lá. But you have to convert the file to hex code and that was a process I’m still not quite sure how I did (it involved a commandline on Linux).. Mas você tem que converter o arquivo de código hexadecimal, e que foi um processo ainda não estou muito certo como eu fiz (que envolveu um comando no Linux) .. Would be nice if firefox accepted a URL for the search icon in the xml file. Seria legal se firefox aceitou um URL para o ícone na busca o arquivo xml.

Imho the REAL interesting thing is how to NOT get the sh*** icon in my firefox and get the old one back. IMHO o REAL coisa interessante é a forma de obter o sh *** NÃO ícone no meu firefox e chegar a um velho para trás.
The vast majority of users disagrees on the new icon for what i read on the blogs. A grande maioria dos utentes discorda sobre o novo ícone para o que li sobre os blogs.
