Banshee is een media speler die de volgende eigenschappen omvat: luister aan muziek, let op video's, scheur en brand CDs, de kunst van de vertoningendekking, controleerbare ton plugins, via toetsenbordkortere weg, slimme playlists, de capaciteit om uw muziek te schatten en uw iPod te beheren en/of MP3 speler. Banshee raakte onlangs versie 1.0, en deze gids zal u door het installeren van het in Ubuntu linux lopen.
- Om begonnen te worden, klik Systeem -> Beleid en toen uitgezocht De Bronnen van de software. Ga uw wachtwoord in indien veroorzaakt.
- Selecteer De Software van de derde tabel.
- Klik + Voeg… toe knoop. Als u Ubuntu 8.04 (Sterke Heron) - die bent de versie gebruikt gebruik ik in deze screenshots, toevoeg de lijn:
deb http://ppa.launchpad.net/banshee-team/ubuntu sterke leiding
Als u gebruikt voegt Ubuntu 7.10 (Gutsy Gibson) de lijn toe:
deb http://ppa.launchpad.net/banshee-team/ubuntu gutsy leiding
Wanneer u wordt gedaan, klik + Voeg Bron toe knoop.
- Terug bij De Software van de derde het lusje, klikt Sluit knoop. U zal worden ertoe aangezet om uw softwarebronnen bij te werken. Doe dit nu door te klikken Herladen knoop.
- Zodra de softwarebronnen zijn bijgewerkt, open een uitgezochte Terminal ( Toepassingen -> Toebehoren -> Terminal) en ga binnen:
sudo geschikt-krijgt installeert banshee-1
U zult waarschijnlijk ertoe aangezet worden om uw wachtwoord in te gaan - doe dit.
- Banshee zal alle andere software bepalen die op uw systeem moet worden geïnstalleerd opdat het werkt, en u vragen of wilt u het allen installeren. Raak y sleutel op uw toetsenbord om het allen te installeren.
- Als u over sommige pakketten niet kunnend worden voor authentiek verklaard „wordt gewaarschuwd“, klik y opnieuw.
- En nu is Banshee en elk van het gebiedsdelen zal downloaden en zal installeren zich. Wanneer het heeft gedaan, zal u op een het knipperen herinnering zijn teruggekomen. Sluit nu de Terminal.
- Select Applications -> Sound & Video and then Banshee Media Player. Banshee will launch now.
- From here you can start exploring Banshee and all of its options. Add some media and give it a listen/watch.
- If you have a Last.FM account, sign in to it through Banshee and you can access all kinds of goodies.
- Hover your cursor over the Banshee icon in your menu and a pop-up will appear showing the current track playing, album art, and a slider to Fast Forward or Rewind the track.

In your screenshot you have “sudo apt-get install banshee-1″ (which is correct) but in text you have “sudo apt-get install banshee1″ (which is incorrect). Make sure to add that dash in!

Ok. That was great - Banshee installed on my computer, but when I click to open, Banshee begins to start and then shuts down. What am I doing wrong??

Hi my ISP doesnt cover Ubuntu so I downloaded Banshee from my windows pc (banshee-1-1.2.1.tar.bz2)!!!!! how do i install this file?
