hey shruti.. हे .. श्रुति u just have your numlock turned on.. यू बस अपने .. पर बने numlock है i had the same problem, just locate the numlock key and turn it off. मैं भी यही समस्या थी, बस numlock कुंजी खोजने और इसे बंद.
u may have to use ur laptop's fn key. यू के उर है लैपटॉप एफ एन कुंजी का प्रयोग कर सकते हैं.
