rEFIt is a boot menu and maintenance toolkit for EFI-based computers like the Intel Macs. Refit je boot menu a údržba nástrojov pre EFI-počítačov, ako je Intel Macich. You can use it to boot multiple operating systems easily, including triple-boot setups with Boot Camp. It allows you to avoid having to hold down the option key in order to select the OS you want to boot into as your Mac starts up, and provides a nice graphical interface instead. 3. The installation is very straight forward, mostly you'll click Continue a couple of times, and you'll be prompted to enter your password. Note: select your Mac OS X installation volume as the destination volume for the install – not an external drive etc . Inštalácia je veľmi priamočiara, väčšinou budete na tlačidlo Pokračovať niekoľkokrát, a budete vyzvaní na zadanie hesla. 4. Restart your Mac. Reštart vášho počítača Mac. As it boots, you should be presented with the rEFIt boot screen. Vzhľadom k tomu, topánky, mali by ste byť predložený nastaviť spúšťacej obrazovky.

5. If you were not , and OS X just booted normally (as was the case for me), have no fear. Ak ste neboli, a OS X práve naštartoval normálne (ako tomu bolo u mňa), nemajú strach. Copy the efi folder from the rEFIt DMG file to the root level of your Mac OS X volume. EFI skopírujte zložku z Refit DMG súbor na koreňovej úrovni systéme Mac OS X hlasitosti.    cd /efi/refit cd / efi / seřídit
   ./enable.sh . / Enable.sh

6. Now reboot again. Now reboot znova. This time you should have no problems using the rEFIt boot manager Tento čas, mali by ste mať žiadne problémy s používaním nastaviť boot manažér
7. If you ever decide to uninstall rEFIT, it's quite simple. Ak sa niekedy rozhodnete odinštalovať nastaviť, je to celkom jednoduché. Open the Startup Disk preference pane from your System Preferences and select Mac OS X as the operating system to boot. Otvorte Spúšťacia disketa prednosť úloh z System Preferences a zvoliť Mac OS X je operačný systém naštartovať. This will re-bless your Mac OS X volume and instruct the firmware to boot from it. To bude re-požehná váš Mac OS X objemu a pokyn firmware pre zavedenie z neho. Then rename or delete the efi folder. Premenovať alebo zmazať efi zložku.

   In case your Mac OS X installation on the hard disk no longer boots, you can boot from the Mac OS X Install Disc (hold down the C key while booting) and run Startup Disk from the Utilities menu. V prípade, že si Mac OS X inštalácie na pevný disk už topánky, môžete zaviesť z Mac OS X Inštalácia disku (podržte kláves C. počas štartu počítača) a spustite spúšťaciu disketu z menu Nástroje.
