After hrs of searching my problem was down to my antivirus firewall ( bitdefender ) as the guy above stated i turned off the firewall and it worked straight away. Solved it by myself. Resolvido isso por mim mesmo. I had still a firewall service active on the specific network card. Tive ainda um serviço de firewall ativo específico sobre a placa de rede. Disabled this dependency and now it works like a charm! Desativado esta dependência e agora ele funciona como um encanto! Thank you. Obrigado.

Make sure you have the bojour service running (if you disabled it, re-enable it), otherwise you will not be able to see the remote under devices. The remote works, but when I got to another feature in my iphone(send a text or answer the phone) then go back to the remote app. O telecomando funciona, mas quando eu cheguei a uma outra característica do meu iphone (enviar um texto ou atender o telefone) e então voltar para o controle remoto rev.
