Fast jag har föregående täckt Hur man installerar WordPress i den Windows utsikten, använde den metod en BitNami bunt, som kommer med några nackdelar. Metoden som skisserades i denna tutorial, ska tjänstledighetar dig med en göra perfektWordPress installation på din PC - som är stor att använda som en utveckling och testamiljön.
- För du installerar WordPress, ser till du att ha WAMP (Windows, Apache, MySQL & PHP) att installeras. Lyckligtvis har vi a tutorialen, som går, kliver du till och med varje av installation och att konfigurera av WAMP. Fortsätta med kliver #2, när du har fått det gjord.
- Klicka WAMP-symbolen i ditt systemmagasin och välj www arkiv.
- Den ska utforskaren öppnar mappen C:\wamp\www\. Detta är var din HTML, PHP och annan plats sparar bor. Du ska märker index.php spara. Detta som en WAMP sparar (den som ger genvägar till phpMyAdminen etc.). Du önskar inte att ta det bort, men du också önskar antagligen inte att lämna det betitlad index.php.
- Byt namn på det till någontingen annat (till exempel, wamp.php).
- Nu nedladdning WordPress, och extrakt det in i den C:\wamp\www\ mappen
- Skapa en kallad mapp, då du extraktet WordPress, det ska wordpress. Om du använder WAMP specifikt för WordPress utveckling, och dig önska inte att ha din blog att visa upp på tilltala http://localhost/wamp (och skulle ganska den skärm på http://localhost) - välj alla sparar i wordpressmappen, klipper och klistrar dem in i den C:\wamp\www\ mappen.
- Ladda nu WAMP-configna avskärmer i din webbläsare, genom att skriva in tilltala http://localhost/wamp.php - när du antar dig bytte namn på WAMP-configna sparar till wamp.php (i kliva #4).
- I Bearbetar dela upp valt phpmyadmin.
- Inloggning till phpMyAdminen.
- Välj för att skapa en ny databas för WordPress Databaser anknyta.
- I Skapa ny databas dela upp, skriv in wordpress som den kända databasen (eller något som på motsvarande sätt är beskriva) och klickar Skapa.
- Ser till du att få en bekräftelse att databasen skapades lyckat.
- Skriv in nu http://localhost/ in i din webbläsare. Du ska greeteds med WordPressen ”som får startad”, avskärmer. Klicka Skapa en konfiguration sparar knäppas.
- Granska info och klicka därefter Låt oss gå! knäppas.
- I Känd databas sätta in, skriv in wordpress (eller allt vad kända databas du specificerade tillbaka i, kliva #11). Skriv in rota som Känd användare (unless you’ve created another MySQL user) and your MySQL password in the Password field. Your Database Host should be set to localhost and the Table Prefix should remain wp_ (but can be changed if you wish). When you’re done, click Submit.
- Now click Run the install.
- A few seconds later you’ll be presented with the Information needed screen. Give your blog a title, and enter your email address in the provided fields. If you’re using this WordPress installation as a development site, uncheck the Allow my blog to appear in search engines like Google and Technorati. Click Install WordPress.
- Make note of your username (admin) and assigned password, then click the Log In button.
- Enter your Username and Password in the appropriate fields, and once again click Log In.
- That’s it! You can start writing posts, uploading/creating themes etc.

Thanks for an excellent in depth tutorial. Unfortunately I can’t quite complete it.
I’ve successfully installed WAMP and on installing WordPress I’ve stopped on item 7. I have done exactly as instructed but get the message, NOT FOUND The requested URL /wamp.php was not found on this server.
However I moved on and stumbled on item 13 and get the message, There doesn’t seem to be a wp-config.php file.
I can’t get any further and would appreciate any advice you can offer please.

Great tuts especially the one “that walks you through each step of installing and configuring WAMP. ”
Just one snag I ran into. At step 17 where I had to enter blog title and email. I click on “Install Wordpress” and nothing happens except for down in the status bar it say “Waiting for localhost…”
Do you have any ideas what’s up with that?

Well..i always wanted to load WP on my desktop to experiment some themes modification, but absolutely no idea how to do it! Thanks putting this up for sharing. ^^;
