You cannot just type in "anything you want to." This is the step which tells your local (home/traveling) computer how to connect to the host (work/office/network) server. Without the right information, it does not know how to find the host. So Step 9 should read "Enter the name or IP address of the VPN remote access server to connect to, and click Next. Company network administrators will provide this information." There is a problem with Step 9.
