  3. Open up an instance of Finder. Atvērt gadījumu Finder. Select your user name from the left navigation window, and go to Library -> Contextual Menu Items . Back in the opened DMG window, drag ScanWithClamXav.plugin to the Contextual Menu Items folder. Jau atvērts DMG logu, velciet ScanWithClamXav.plugin lai Konteksta izvēlnes vienumi.   4. Now launch ClamXav from your Applications folder. Tagad sākt ClamXav no sava Applications mapi. You'll be prompted to install the Clam Anti-Virus engine. Jums tiks piedāvāts instalēt Clam Anti-Virus dzinēju. Click the Install button. Noklikšķiniet uz Install pogu.

  5. On the Introduction screen, click Continue . Uz Ievads ekrānā noklikšķiniet uz Turpināt.

  6. Review the Software License Agreement and once again, click Continue . Review Software License Agreement un atkal, noklikšķiniet uz Turpināt.

  7. Click Agree to accept it, again. Click piekrīt tam, atkal.

  8. Now click Install . Tagad noklikšķiniet uz Install.

  9. Enter your password when prompted, and click OK . Ievadiet savu paroli, kad tiek prasīts, un noklikšķiniet uz Labi.

  12. Now launch ClamXav from your Applications, again. Tagad sākt ClamXav no sava Programmas, vēlreiz. Before you start the scan, click the Update virus definitions button. Pirms sākat skenēšanu, noklikšķiniet uz Atjaunināt vīrusu definīcijas pogu.

  13. Once completed, you should see a Virus definitions updated successfully status message. Kad pabeigts, jums vajadzētu redzēt vīrusu definīcijas atjaunina veiksmīgi statusa ziņu.

  14. Now click the Preferences button. Tagad noklikšķiniet uz iestatījumi pogas.

  15. On the General tab, make the selections that are appropriate for you. Uz cilnes Vispārīgi, veikt atlasi, kas ir piemērota Jums. I opted to quarantine infected files rather than outright delete them, in case of any false positives (ClamXav flagging a file as being infected with a virus, when it in fact isn't). Es izvēlējās karantīnas inficēto failu, nevis tieši tos dzēstu, ja jebkādu kļūdainu pozitīvu (ClamXav flīžu grīda failu kā inficēšanos ar vīrusu, ja tā patiesībā nav).

  16. Depending on which settings you opt for, you may receive a message telling you not to turn on certain features if you plan on having your email scanned or watched. Atkarībā no iestatījumiem jūs izvēlēsieties, jūs varat saņemt paziņojumu, kurā teikts Neesi pārvērst par konkrētām pazīmēm, ja plānojat ar kuru jūsu e-pasta skenēts vai noskatījos. This wasn't an issue for me as I use Gmail (via the web) but it is something to consider if you use Mail or Entourage for email.   17. Select the Internet tab, and again, make any changes you see fit. Izvēlieties Internet tab, un atkal veikt izmaiņas jūsu ieskatiem.   18. Select the Schedule tab, and if you'd like to schedule virus scans, this is the place to create them. Izvēlieties sarakstā tab, un, ja jūs vēlaties ieplānot vīruss skenē, šī ir vieta, kur tos izstrādāt.

  19. Select the Folder Sentry tab. Izvēlieties mapi Sentry tab. From here you can add folders to be constantly monitored for viruses (eg. your Downloads folder).   23. So instead, just select all of the folders (hold down the Apple Key to select multiple items) on the drive you want to scan.   25. ClamXav will do a “quick” (it's not that fast) scan of your drive to determine how many files it's going to check. ClamXav darīs "quick" (tas nav tik ātrs) skenējot jūsu diska, lai noteiktu, cik daudz failus tā notiek pārbaudīt.

Depending on the size of your hard drive, the number of files on it, and the speed of your Mac, the process can take quite a long time.     I often recommend people get ClamXav on their Macs to scan questionable files (even if they won't infect themselves they may pass it on). I also have it installed as a 'safe' place to scan those questionable files before moving them to my VirtualPC or onto other Windows computers at home or work.     Thanks for posting the tutorial – so many Mac fans use the “no virus” argument that they won't do an article about antivirus software. Thanks for posting Tutorial - tik daudz Mac faniem lietošanai "nav vīrusu" arguments, ka viņi nedara rakstu par pretvīrusu programmatūru.

    One question: My Mac doesn't seem to have a “contextual menu items” folder (for the plugin) – I looked in Kris/Library/ and there's no contextual menu items folder there. Viens jautājums: Mans Mac nav, šķiet, ir "konteksta izvēlnes punkta" mapē (spraudnis) - Es izskatījās in Kris / Library / un nekāda konteksta izvēlnes vienumi nepastāv. I also did a Spotlight search. Es arī tā Spotlight meklēšanu.

    Should I create this folder? Vai es varu izveidot šo mapi?

    but receive an error msg said “The page you asked for does not exist on our server”. bet saņem error msg teica lapas versija neeksistē mūsu serverī. What have I done wrong here? Ko es esmu darījis nepareizi šeit? I'm trying to download ClamXav for Leopard. Es mēģinu ielādēt ClamXav par Leopard.

    I just clicked that same link you pasted in to the comment and it works perfectly for me (??). Es vienkārši uzklikšķināt tajā pašā saite esat iekopējis līdz komentēt un tas strādā perfekti man (??). Try just going to Mēģināt tikai gatavojas http://www.clamxav.com/ http://www.clamxav.com/ and navigate to the downloads page, then find the version for Leopard. un dodieties uz lejupielādes lapu, tad atradīsiet versiju Leopard.
