Comment organiser votre ordinateur de bureau de Windows pour l'efficacité maximum

Si vous êtes du tout comme moi (ou ma maman) - votre ordinateur de bureau de Windows peut rapidement devenir encombré avec des raccourcis et des dossiers. Employer Barrières de Stardock vous pouvez non seulement organiser votre ordinateur de bureau pour l'efficacité maximum (marques trouvant des programmes/dossiers une rupture) - il rend votre sembler d'ordinateur de bureau grand. Ce cours d'instruction vous guidera par l'établissement et des barrières en utilisant.

1. Comme vous pouvez voir dans le screenshot ci-dessous, un ordinateur de bureau de Windows peut souvent devenir encombré avec des icônes, le rendant difficile de trouver ce que vous recherchez.

2. C'est où les barrières vient po. D'abord vers le haut, a barrières de Stardock de téléchargement. L'installation est très franche - vous cliquerez la plupart du temps « après » un groupe de périodes. À la fin de l'installation vous obtiendrez a Bienvenue aux barrières ! fenêtre. Cliquez le grand Commencez à à l'aide des barrières ! bouton.



3. Sur Choisissez la disposition l'écran, cliquent Créez juste les barrières d'un couple bouton - nous ajouterons autre dans ce cours d'instruction.

4. Vous noterez deux nouvelles « boîtes » (des barrières) dans le bon coin inférieur de votre ordinateur de bureau de Windows. Un sera intitulé Projet 1, l'autre Projet 2. Ne vous inquiétez pas, nous retitrera ces derniers en quelques moments.



5. En ce moment vous pouvez également recevoir un message demandant si vous voudriez ouvrir les arrangements de barrières. Cliquez Ouvrez les arrangements de barrières bouton à faire ainsi.



6. Pour le moment, nous allons ignorer les arrangements de barrières. Mouvement juste cette fenêtre au côté.

7. Droit-cliquez quelque part dans Projet 1 fond, et choisi Retitrez la barrière….



8. Changez le nom de Projet 1 à quelque chose plus appropriée pour les icônes vous « stockerez » dans cet endroit. Je vais mettre tous raccourcis de programme à mes jeux dans cette barrière, ainsi je l'ai appelée Jeux.



9. Maintenant traînez et laissez tomber toutes icônes que vous voulez entreposé dans cette barrière dans lui. Comme vu dans le screenshot ci-dessous, je suis entré tous mes raccourcis de jeu dans lui.



10. Répétez les étapes ci-dessus pour retitrer Projet 2, alors traînez et laissez tomber les icônes dans lui. Dans l'exemple ci-dessous, j'ai créé un intitulé Documents, et c'est où je stocke tous mes Doc.s de MS Word, Doc.s d'Excel, dossiers des textes et PDFs. Quand vous ajoutez beaucoup d'icônes à une barrière, vous noterez qu'une barre de rouleau apparaît.



11. If you don’t want to scroll through a Fence to find the icon/file you’re looking for, move your cursor to the top of that Fence and it will turn into a “double-arrow”.



12. Drag the “double-arrow” and your Fence will increase in size. You can make Fences larger both vertically and horizontally - whatever you prefer. Once the Fence is larger, the scroll bar will disappear and all of your shortcuts/files will be visible.



13. You can also re-arrange Fences, or move them to an entirely different area on your Desktop, by hovering your mouse over the “Title Bar” of that fence until your cursor turns into the “4-arrow” version (see screenshot below). Then just click and drag the Fence to the location you’d like it to be in.



14. If you still have the Fences Settings window open, skip down to step #15. Otherwise, right-click on a Fence, and select Edit Fences…



15. From here you can adjust the settings for your Fences and get help on things like creating new Fences, customizing the label appearances, and changing the background color, level of transparency, etc.

16. Speaking of creating new Fences… It’s actually very simple. Click any blank area of your Desktop with your right mouse button, and draw a rectangle. When you let go of the cursor, a Create new Fence here link will appear. Select it.



17. Repeat that step, name each Fence, and drag and drop the appropriate icons/files to each Fence until you have a tidy and organized Desktop.



18. Select the Customize tab from the Fences Settings. From here you can determine how labels are displayed (never, always, or only when you hover your mouse over that Fence). You can also change the background color and style for your Fences.

19. One of the other neat features of Fences is the ability to hide everything on your Desktop. Just double-click a blank area of your Desktop, and everything will disappear. If you want to keep one (or more) of your Fences visible when you “hide everything” just right-click that fence and select Exclude from Quick-Hide.



20. That’s it! Have fun creating and customizing your Fences.
