This tutorial will guide you through the steps to convert video files – movies, TV shows etc, to play on your PlayStation Portable. Denne opplæringen vil lede deg gjennom trinnene for å konvertere videofiler - filmer, viser TV etc, for å spille på PlayStation Portable.

1. 2. Then click the orange Next button. Deretter klikker du på den oransje knappen Neste.

3. If you want to use PSP Video 9 to transfer the resulting video file to your PSP after it has been converted, plug in your PSP now using a USB cable. Hvis du vil bruke PSP Video 9 til å overføre videofilen til din PSP etter at den er konvertert, koble PSP nå bruker en USB-kabel. After it's plugged in, click the orange Next button. 4. It should find your PSP, and at this point your setup is complete. Det bør finne din PSP, og på dette punktet oppsettet er fullført. Again, click the orange Next button. Igjen, klikk på den oransje knappen Neste.

5. Now you'll be at the Home section of PSP Video 9. Nå vil du være på Home delen av PSP Video 9.

6. Select the Convert tab from the very top menu, and then the Video File tab directly below it. Velg Konverter fanen helt fra toppmenyen, og deretter videofilen kategorien direkte under den.

7. On the Video File window, click the large Normal Mode button. På Video Fil-vinduet klikker du den store Normal Mode-knappen.

8. From the bottom right corner of the screen, click the Select File button. Fra nederst i høyre hjørne av skjermen, klikk på Velg fil.

9. Navigate to the video file you want to convert for your PSP, select it, and click Open . Naviger til videofilen du vil konvertere til PSP, merk den og klikk Åpne.

10. The default “Save” location for your converted file is in the My Documents -> Red Kawa -> Videos folder. Standard "Lagre" plassering for konverterte filene i mappen Mine Dokumenter -> Red Kawa -> Video-mappen. I left this as the folder, but if you want to change it, click the Browse button and select another folder to save your converted video in. When you're ready, click the orange Next button. 11. Give your video a name/title by entering it in the Title field at the bottom of the screen. Gi din video et navn / tittel ved å skrive det i Tittel-feltet nederst på skjermen. Once again, click the orange Next button. Nok en gang, klikker du den oransje knappen Neste.

12. Now you select all of your video (and audio) settings. Nå kan du velge alle videoen (og lyden) innstillinger. I opted for the New Video Format, Widescreen as the Video Size , High as the Video Quality , turned Enhanced Quality On, and set the Audio Quality to High . Jeg valgte for New Videoformat, Widescreen som bildestørrelsen, High som videokvalitet, snudde bedre kvalitet på, og angi Lydkvalitet til Høy. These are all personal preferences, so set them as you wish. Disse er alle personlige preferanser, så sett dem slik du ønsker. 13. Finally, it's time to convert the video. Til slutt er det på tide konvertere video. Click the Start Converting button from the bottom-right corner of the window. Klikk på Start-knappen Konvertering fra nederste høyre hjørne av vinduet.

14. To watch the progress, click the View Conversion Progress link. Å se fremgangen, kan du klikke Vis Conversion Progress link.

15. From here you can monitor the conversion progress and see how long the complete conversion will take in the Time Remaining: area. Herfra kan du overvåke konvertering framgang og se hvor lenge den komplette konverteringen vil ta i Time Remaining: området.



16. Once the conversion has completed, click the Library tab from the very top menu-bar. Når konverteringen er fullført, klikker du kategorien Bibliotek helt fra toppmenyen-bar. You'll see your newly converted file in the PC Files table. Du vil se den nylig konverterte filen i PC-Files tabellen. To copy that file to your PSP, click the Copy to Device button in the bottom right corner. Hvis du vil kopiere filen til din PSP, klikker Kopier til-enhet-knappen nederst i høyre hjørne.

17. PSP Video 9 will now copy the video file to the appropriate location on your PSP – and a thumbnail for that video. PSP Video 9 nå vil kopiere videofilen til riktig sted på PSP - og et miniatyrbilde for videoen.



18. Once the copying has completed, you'll see that video listed in the Device Files table. Når kopieringen er fullført, vil du se at videoen vises i Device Files tabellen.

19. At this point you can eject your PSP (by using the Safely Remove Hardware system tray icon). På dette punktet kan du mate PSP (ved hjelp Trygg fjerning av maskinvare-ikonet i systemstatusfeltet). Go to the Video section of your PSP, and your new video file will be listed. Gå til video-delen av PSP, og den nye videofilen blir listet opp. Watch it, and confirm the quality (both audio and video) is good enough for you.
