thanks it helped! my phone froze when it was updating facebook. but when i seached this up it workes hope other people use this technique

@disqus_YTKe9TJjXb:disqus – yes, pretty much. It’s not something you want to have to do, but is sometimes necessary. If you have to force restart your Android phone/tablet often, that’s an issue, the the likely culprit being an App not “doing as it should” :)
