Hi Jman –
It’s similar to Google Play Music, yes. You can listen to whatever music you want when you’re offline – as long as you have downloaded those tracks (which is what this guide explains how to do).

Will I be forced to use internet in order to listen to my music? Or can I just do what I normally do with Google play music? I am asking if it is required to use internet or wifi in order to listen to music when I want? I will be sorely pissed if I am not able to listen to my music when I want I don’t care about features I don’t care about bells and whistles. I just want to listen to my music when ever I want. I do not want my freedom taken from me.
