Share
This tutorial will take you through the steps to restore your Kindle Fire from a TWRP backup.
When your Kindle Fire powers up, press and hold the
Power
button for about 5 seconds.
The TWRP Main Menu will appear. Tap the
Restore
button.
Select the backup package you wish to restore from.
Swipe the
Swipe to Restore
slider to begin the restoration process.
Generally it doesn’t take very long to revert to the backup. The length of time will depend on how large your backup files are.
Once the backup has finished, tap the
Back
button.
Now tap the ‘back’ button in the upper-left corner of the TWRP window.
Tap it again.
Tap the
Reboot
button…
… and
finally
, tap the
Power Off
button.
Now power your Kindle Fire on again. It will boot up into the exact state it was in when you created the backup. That’s it!.
