You could try going to the web interface, just open internet explorer and the usual default adress for these is either 192.168.0.1 or 192.168.100.1 . Funny thing here is that they just hooked up our cable internet on Monday, it didn’t work right (and I was confused about the number of computers allowed being one as well…), so we called and they were sending a tech.
