Cable Modem Troubleshooting: Terayon TJ715

Light patterns, images, manuals and more helpful info for the Terayon TJ715 cable modem –

Power	Off – Unit is not receiving power. Solid – Unit is receiving power.
Cable	Off – No downstream signal or power off. Flashing slowly – Downstream signal present, ranging in progress. Flashing fast – Registration in progress. Solid – Modem acquired and ready to transfer data.
PC	Off – No carrier to/from PC is present or power is off. Solid – Carrier to/from PC is present.
Data	Off – No data is being transmitted or power is off. Flashing – Data is being transmitted.
Test	Off – Initial self-test OK or power is off. Flashing – Self-test or software download in progress. Solid – Self-test failure.

i am interested in getting a manual for my modem. i need a manual S.S. ID , (wet key? 10 digit #) and my router default user name and password. I think my computer is getting hacked into and i need this info to secure my network. thanks walt
