  1. can anyone help with this problem?

I can no longer use two laptops at the same time. I have to turn off the laptop, reboot
the modem and use the 2nd laptop but never two at once. I used to be able to do two
at the same time but it just stopped alowing this.

    Thanks,

  2. I want to be able to access the software that is inside the modem I was told for this DCW615R RCA. When I type 192.168.100.1 it does not bring up the RCA menu just another surfboard menu, any ideas?
