  2. My modem works fine when its plugged into the computer but works on and off wirelessly, sometimes just disappears and you can’t log back into it. The pc activity light is green but the wireless light has always been yellow and never changes, is that the problem and how do I fix this?

  3. The wireless connection on the modem goes down for no apparent reason (the yellow light goes out). Sometimes the whole modem shuts off completely. I have to unplug and reconnect the power to solve both issues. The modem stays on most of the time but I usually have to do this over and over to get the wireless capability back. Sometimes 15 times, sometimes I just give up and try later. Any ideas?
