This is a fun feature of the Vivaldi web browser – the ability to have the background photo automatically match with your Desktop Wallpaper – creating a cool visual effect.
Unfortunately, for the time being this feature is only available to Windows users – the Mac and Linux versions of Vivaldi don’t support it.
- Start out by clicking the Settings button from the bottom left corner of the main Vivaldi window.
- Select Start Page from the column on the left side of the window.
- Scroll down to the Background Image section and select the Desktop Wallpaper option.
- Now your Start Page will have the same background as your desktop, a small tweak that makes a great visual ‘upgrade’ for your whole desktop.
