How to See Your Dropbox Upload Speeds

This quick tip shows you how to see exactly how fast you’re uploading files to your Dropbox account.

It’s an easy to access feature, it’s just hidden a tiny bit.

If you’re using Windows, click on the Dropbox icon in your System Tray. Then click the “Cog” icon (see screenshot below). It’s from that menu that you can see exactly how fast you’re uploading to Dropbox.

If you’re using a Mac, click the Dropbox icon from your Menu. Then click the “Cog” icon in the upper-right corner of the pop-up menu (see screenshot below). On that menu, you’ll see how fast you’re uploading files to Dropbox.

How to Create an RSS Feed from Instagram

Here’s a quick guide on how to make an RSS feed from any Instagram account.

While Instagram themselves do not offer RSS feeds, another service (websta.me) has figured out a way to do it for you. Simply add the following RSS feed address to your favorite RSS Reader:

https://websta.me/rss/n/USERNAME

and replace USERNAME with the Instagram account name. For example, to make a feed for the instagram account “TheWarrenHaynes”, the address would be:

https://websta.me/rss/n/TheWarrenHaynes

Then you’ll have an RSS feed of that Instagram account, complete with photos, captions etc.
